resorted to more drastic measures to destroy our National
Revolutionary work. In Hankow they convened an illegal Joint Conference, and refused to discontinue it in
defiance of the order of the Secretariat of the Central
Executive Committee and the Administrative Council.
The Bonference was in the hands of a small number of
men only such as Tang Yin Tat, &c. Orders were issued
without proper authority to the prejudice of the Central
Kuomintang. They then convened a 3rd meeting of the
Central Executive Committee without due approval of the Secretariat at a meeting. Under the misguidance
and dictation of the Communists within and through the
intimidation and corruption of agitators without, there was not one of the resolutions passed at the meeting
which was hot wrong and absurd, and therefore the membership
in the so-called Secretariat of the Central Executive
Communists. Though there were some true Kuomintang
members in the Administrative Council and the Nationalist
Government Council, yet the majority of them could not
attend the meeting either because of their work or
circumstances, and had no resource but to allow their
names to be used as advertisements in the interest of the
Comunists. The Communists have also established a
Military Committee by a similar method, thus placing the
lives of our 500,000 revolutionary troops now in different
places thousands of miles away from their homes in the
hands of the Communists who are enjoying a much better
standard of living than ours, only interest themselves
in Communism and the acquisition of wealth and power,
give no regard to our Kuomintang nor to the resolutions our National Revolutionary armies have made at meetings,
